StaffGreat acts as your recruiting partner and the client’s concierge. We present candidates, coordinate client feedback and interviews, and guide the candidate through the hiring process.
Your success is our shared success. When your candidate is hired in an eligible StaffGreat placement, you earn 50% of the placement fee, payable after the applicable guarantee period ends, subject to the placement agreement. The role’s guarantee period and payment terms are disclosed before you begin.
